    Targeting and reaching an audience is guaranteed! Household targeting means that the ad appears when the household is watching TV regardless of when or what they are watching. Like digital advertising, this is priced on a CPM, but our impressions (unlike digital) are only counted when the ad is viewed. The TV and receiver must be on. If the ad appears in a program that was recorded by the DVR, and the ad is skipped, or fast forwarded after less than 5 seconds of viewing, it does not count as an impression.
